Director of Development/Principal

Craig is the Director of Development for Moffat Properties. Craig is responsible for structuring Moffat Property’s development projects, client relations, and all acquisitions and dispositions. Craig graduated from Alfred State College with degrees in Construction Engineering Technology and Architectural Engineering Technology. Craig is also the Vice President of Moffat Pipe, Inc., a leader in the construction industry based in Wake Forest, NC.

Andrea L. Moffat

Principal

Andrea is responsible for operating and capital budgets, financial planning, property and casual insurance programs, and bank relations. She oversees the daily financial administration of all acquisitions, marketing, and development. Ms. Moffat graduated cum-laude from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Psychology and is also the President of Moffat Pipe, Inc., a leader in the construction industry based in Wake Forest, NC.

Keith E. Moffat

Keith E. Moffat

Principal

Keith is the Director of Construction for Moffat Properties. Keith oversees predevelopment and management of construction projects which includes site evaluation, preconstruction analysis, due diligence, preparation of construction budgets, and management of consultants and contractors. Keith graduated from Alfred State College with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Keith is also the Director of Operations at Moffat Pipe, Inc., a leader in the construction industry based in Wake Forest, NC.

O. Tee Barham

Senior Construction Manager

Tee Barham is a seasoned Construction Manager with over 20 years of professional experience in the field. He holds a construction management diploma from North Carolina State University. Tee’s expertise spans both commercial and residential construction management, with a strong focus on design-build projects, scheduling, and value engineering. His extensive background equips him to effectively manage complex projects while optimizing resources and ensuring high-quality results.

Jessica Wolak

Jessica A. Wolak

Administrative Director

Jessica Wolak serves as the Administrative Director for Moffat Properties. In this role, she collaborates with construction managers and banks to secure financial support and enable successful project completion. Additionally, Jessica oversees the company’s human resource management. With a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University and two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings a unique perspective to our team.

Paul Warren

W. Paul Warren

Director of Asset Management

Paul Warren is the Director of Asset Management for Moffat Properties. He is responsible for investment decisions, strategic planning, portfolio management, and performance analysis. Paul completed his undergraduate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill and holds a Master’s Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University. He is currently enrolled in UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School’s Executive MBA program. Paul serves on the boards of Ducks Unlimited Inc. and the Frankie Lemmon School Foundation.

Ethan Rogers

Ethan T. Rogers

Senior Project Manager

Ethan Rogers is a Senior Project Manager at Moffat Properties, bringing ten years of experience in managing commercial construction projects valued at over $75 million. In his current role, Ethan oversees all pre-development aspects of Moffat Properties’ projects and collaborates closely with the construction management team throughout the project lifecycle. He holds a Construction Management Diploma from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University.

Kiersten C. Ely

Controller

Kiersten Ely is the Controller for Moffat Properties. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business including managing the accounting records, financial reporting, and budgeting. Kiersten graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and began her career working as a CPA in Public Accounting specializing in small to medium sized businesses before moving to the private sector.

Parker Hudson

Property Acquisition Manager

Parker Hudson is the Property Acquisition Manager at Moffat Properties. He is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and selection of properties, guiding projects through budgeting and entitlement phases for all new developments. Parker earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University.

Tyler Clausen

Construction Manager

Tyler Clausen is a Construction Manager at Moffat Properties. Tyler is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Management. With a strong foundation in management principles and a passion for the construction industry, Tyler excels at overseeing projects from inception to completion. His attention to detail and firm focus on quality contribute to the growth and success of Moffat Properties. In his free time, Tyler enjoys exploring the outdoors, expanding his musical library, and engaging in construction-oriented community service initiatives.
