The leaseback option is unique to our Company, allowing you to tailor a building to your needs without taking on a large liability – we will work with your decision makers to tailor a lease that fits your budget for years to come. All leases will be treated as a triple net arrangement – tenant will be responsible for TICAM.

lOCATION & Development

Using your strategic corporate goals and budget we will identify viable locations to serve your businesses needs. After the location is acquired, our skilled development team will use our planning expertise to develop the property; our site development team is experienced in permitting, traffic studies, environmental considerations and business location feasibility.

design & build

Your design build team will consist of experienced project managers, construction estimators, engineers and architects who have years of combined building experience and knowledge. Let us coordinate the design and building so you can run your business.
